In 2017, founders and creators of PONKO Chicken and the PONKO Chicken Brand, Maggie Antoine and Reiko Clark merged forces with PONKO superfan and medical professional Dr. Patrick Sallarulo. In addition to being passionate about the delicious product, Dr. Sallarulo tremendously valued the quality and health-conscious ingredients that PONKO used to create their dishes.

Seeing PONKO’s amazing potential, Dr. Sallarulo helped expand the company to include several corporate and franchise PONKO locations, which all consistently passed expectations. In 2022, Dr. Sallarulo purchased PONKO from Maggie and Reiko, and is looking forward to sharing PONKO’s delicious, crave-worthy dishes with even more fans throughout the country.
